Looking For The Face Of Forever's Gone

I had thought i had found the perfect model to portray the lead character for my upcoming opus Forever's Gone. A model i could display in print ads and other media resources & publications but I've come to the decision she just wasn't the perfect match for the project so again the search continues for "Her". I am looking for a classic beauty yet with a girl next door look. The storyline for Forever's Gone is pretty bleak and actually encompasses a cornucopia of emotions so the person i am looking for would have to be able to tap into their innermost places and project them to the world in music videos, promotional ads for television and magazines etc. A drastic metamorphosis also takes place from a naive caterpillar to a worldly if not demonic butterfly if you will. Another metaphor would be an untouched flower that is all of a sudden raped of all that makes it special leaving only a damaged thorny stem in it's place. If you feel you would be right for the job and could handle the scope of what is needed from the character please contact me at STILLBIRTHLAND@YAHOO.COM

Thrill Kill

So the first single for Forever's Gone will be Eye Of The Beholder but along with the purchase of the first single (while supplies last) you will also receive something called Thrill Kill. Thrill Kill is the title of a song that was featured on my first demo and was recorded during the Forever's Gone sessions but really doesn't fall into the theme of the album so i'm releasing it seperately along with the first single from Forever's Gone free to those lucky enough to scoop them up. The Thrill Kill release will also feature a few other as yet to be revealed songs. The cover art is featured above.

The Big Bang Theory

I just wanted to state for the record something i've known for quite some time but you may not be aware of yet. The Big Bang Theory is the best show known to man, woman or any other living organism in the universe to presently grace TV screens. Nuff Said.

Changeling Of The Night

Some would say i have too many irons in the fire but fuck um. I started feeling "Halloweeny" if you will and as this years companion to last years Halloween Exclusive Born Dead Brigade Release Children Of The Damned EP I Have created the Changeling Of The Night EP. The Term Changeling Of The Night is taken from the DEADSY song Flowing Glower from the album Commencement. One of the best albums ever made in my opinion. This release isn't rocket surgery. Creepy Jamz for Creepy Folks. I originally thought about using an image from the original Nosferatu as the cover but i've instead decided on one of the two images above. Which one do you think i should use?

An album dedicated to my love of big ol' Gazungaz. It will contain originals and covers of songs about Giant Bewbz.

Rise Of The Replicants

Seems like it's been a productive day. In the somewhat same vein as the previous songs i wrote today but with a more sci-fi twist i have written Rise Of The Replicants. A song depicting a world taken over by blonde haired blue eyed perfect people cloned and bred so the next generation can all be "The Beautiful People" and not worry about being socially alienated because of imperfections. Much like the utopian society depicted in H.G. Wells' Time Machine. Don't know where this song will go but it will more than likely be included on the prog album or on Mannequins.

The Nothing

In recent years I've become more reflective on life, asking the questions we all ask at some point. What happens to us after we die? etc. So I've written and I'm sure I'll continue to write songs about Death & Eternity & the possibility that we'll cease to exist at some point. I've decided to group all these songs about Death into an album that will be called The Nothing. It is an album that will come out when it comes out. When i feel there are enough songs on it then i will release it. I'm in no rush to do so, but i thought i'd give you the heads up that at some point it will rear it's ugly head. It is titled The Nothing for obvious reasons but also after the infamous "Nothing" from The Neverending Story. Today i wrote a couple songs for it because i was kind of depressed and was feeling like the treadmill of life was going too fast and passing me by. We all feel this way at times. It's nothing to be ashamed of. The songs i wrote today are called State Of Oblivion and The Light Extinguished. I decided to incorporate an instrumental piece i had lying around called River Styx in with a cover of the Meat Puppets' Lake Of Fire so we'll see if that makes the cut. This album is sure to be a downer and will make you want to off yourself just to get it over with i recken.

STILLBIRTH: King Of The Freaks Final Album Artwork Concept

As i've stated before, The King Of The Freaks album is my thank you to the fans for being patient with me as i relocate and ready my next album Forever's Gone for you all but i'd like to further elaborate as to why this release is truly special. Besides it having a very limited run, which ultimately will put it in the hands of only the truest of my fans, the cover of the album will feature the only picture of me unmasked because after and before it my face has and will be masked in the vein of Vintage Kiss And Slipknot. I will not pose for any pictures from here on out publicly without the mask on so this is an instant collector's item to say the least. The art concept which i designed with the help of Laura Media Design is quite unique. The front cover will feature me alone unmasked on a throne, while the back cover will feature the same picture only featuring my slave girls if you will. The beauty of the album's design is that over the actual cover will be a removable see-through slipcase which fits over the cover. On it will be the STILLBIRTH logo on one side and my Mysterian mask. The back of the slipcase will feature the track listing for the album. The beauty is when the slipcase is in place the Mysterian mask will overlap my face on the actual cover making it appear that i am wearing the Mysterian mask. The see-through slipcase is designed so that if you like the version of me with my entourage better you can simply flip the album over and slip the slipcase on over it and essentially make the back cover the front cover if you so desire. I've included examples of the artwork so you can better get an idea of what i'm talking about above.

The Mysterian

Though i am the King Of The Freaks i am also The Mysterian. Why you may ask? ...because in the beginning, all of what made up STILLBIRTH was a mystery. No one knew who or what i was. Hell, they still don't. For all you know the face i've shown publicly is not me at all, only an image of "me" i wish to promote publicly. That being said i needed a way to hide my identity publicly so The Mysterian Mask was born. I came up with the original concepts for it and had a friend named Legion Onizuka design it for me. I've only worn it at a few shows so far because well we haven't done many shows so far. The original mask was very much like a hockey mask in it's shape but for the new tour i have updated the look with the help of Laura Anderson and present it to you now.
